Intellectual Property
1.1 All Products including image collections remain the Intellectual property of floristPro at all time. On cancellation of a floristPro website usuage of floristPro services and products (including the image collections) return to floristPro and may not be used in any way.
FloristPro Image Terms and Conditions
By using the floristPro image collection you agree to the following terms and conditions.
The "floristPro image collection" means all images, files and documents provided by floristPro to the customer in electronic or any other format.
1. The terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
2. The "floristPro image collection" may be used on your floristPro website and for paper based advertising for the duration of your floristPro website. They may not be used on any website other than your floristPro website. All rights to use The "floristPro image collection" including all intellectual property rights of whatever nature, remain the sole exclusive property of floristPro Limited, except as granted in this agreement.
3. The "floristPro image collection" may only be used by the company registered with FloristPro. Sharing or redistribution of the Images from the floristPro collection to other companies or persons is strictly prohibited. The "floristPro image collection" may not be resold in any form, for example the images may not be created into gift cards and then sold unless agreed in writing with floristPro.
4. If you cancel your floristPro website for whatever reason you undertake to, and agree to, immediately delete all copies of all floristPro files and images.
Prices
2.1 Prices listed within the Service are valid for a maximum of 14 days from submitting your order.
2.2 Prices include VAT.
Order / Payments
3.1 During order submission you shall be required to provide us with your personal details, including accurate postcode, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. By clicking on the 'complete order’ button on the Order Form, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on the Online site.
3.2 Submitting your Order Form is subject to our acceptance of this offer and we will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you unless we have issued you a confirmation of order delivery by email. This is not the email sent on submission of an order.
3.3 We cannot accept Order Forms from customers under the age of eighteen (18) years.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
4.1 Books, DVD's, Posters o May be returned within 14 days for exchange only.
Returns are valid only for products that have not been opened, used or damaged
Products which are defective or damaged upon arrival may be returned immediately for exchange.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on exchanges or refunds.
Refunds are only available when an equivalent replacement in unavailable and customer does not wish to exchange for another product. •
4.2 Digital Products (Audio, Video, E-Book downloads)
These products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Should your file be defective or damaged upon arrival please contact the address above.
Should you be dissatisfied with the quality or content of the file, we would be happy to hear your feedback. Please contact us.

Links to downloadable software sites are for convenience only and floristPro Ltd is not responsible or liable for any difficulties or consequences associated with downloading the software. 5.8 Payment for Products & Services - All Credit Cards will be processed in British Pounds at the time of payment. floristPro Lt is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates or additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Credit Card companies.
